2Medical Consultation and Treatment Choice
At this stage, we align expectations and proposed outcomes for the procedure. We evaluate the patient’s overall health, characteristics such as the presence of fat in the chin area, areas needing filling, and facial features. This stage can be conducted via telemedicine for patients residing out of state or abroad.

Financial planning for the patient is as important as the recovery time planning and postoperative support network. There may be expenses for extra dressings, scar treatment, and complementary surgical procedures, so plan accordingly!
4Preoperative Consultation
At this stage, the patient, equipped with the requested preoperative exams, completes their health evaluation, and surgery is authorized. Clearing up doubts is essential at this stage.
5Surgery Day
On the scheduled day, our reception team will welcome you and guide you for hospitalization and accommodation in your room. The surgical area will be marked, and final photos will be taken before the procedure. After the surgery, the patient should stay in the hospital for 12 hours.
6Postoperative Care
Postoperative care for face procedures includes the use of pain control medications and antibiotics. At this time, the patient will have received instructions on diet, thrombosis/pulmonary embolism prevention, and general skin care.
7Postoperative Follow-up
Follow-up appointments occur at the consultation offices with pre-scheduled dates. This stage is very important for monitoring the skin, controlling edema and bruises, and evaluating scars.
8Medical Discharge
For all patients who underwent face liposculpture treatments, discharge occurs after 2 months of treatment, with scar monitoring for 6 months and sunscreen use.
